Private Online Yin Yoga Session

Receive the benefits of yin yoga from the comfort of your own home (or wherever you may find yourself!). In yin yoga, you'll do deep stretches for a few minutes each pose. Most poses will be either sitting or laying down. You'll need something comfortable to lay on like a yoga mat, and it's a good idea to have props like a bolster and 2 blocks, or a pillow and 2 rolled up towels if you don't have props. Before your session, I'll send you a questionnaire about any area you'd like to focus on, as well as any problem areas you may have.
