
This session is slow-paced, going against the rush of the modern day. Receive individualized attention and enjoy the benefits of restorative yoga. I will guide you through a series of relaxing poses. You will hold poses for 5-10 minutes each. With the help of my props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets, I will ensure you are so comfortable you can release stored tension and will feel restored in your body, mind, and spirit.
