The first part of the class combines slow-paced mindful movements to warm up the body, the last part of the class we do long-held (3-5 minutes) of seated or reclined yin poses that target deep connective tissues, using blocks to get comfortable if needed.
This practice reduces stress, enhances flexibility, and balances energy by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. It is a meditative, restorative, and accessible practice for all levels.
