Virtual private restorative yoga session

Receive the benefits of restorative yoga from the comfort of your own home (or wherever you may find yourself!). In restorative yoga, you'll do relaxing poses for about 5 minutes each pose. Usually the poses will be lying down. You'll need something comfortable to lay on like a yoga mat, but on a bed is fine too, and it's a good idea to have props like a bolster and 2 blocks, or a pillow and 2 rolled up towels if you don't have props.

Before your session, I'll send you a questionnaire about any area you'd like to focus on, as well as any problem areas you may have.
