Slow Flow to Yin

The first part of the class combines slow-paced mindful movements to warm up the body, the last part of the class we do long-held (3-5 minutes) of seated or reclined yin poses that target deep connective tissues, using blocks to get comfortable if needed.

This practice reduces stress, enhances flexibility, and balances energy by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. It is a meditative, restorative, and accessible practice for all levels. You will feel energized to finish your daily tasks afterward, or relaxed and ready to wind down.

Please park at door #3 and come down to the basement. We have a few yoga mats available.
